![]() Eyebrow aesthetics can be traced back to as early as Ancient Egyptian times. Women then had exhibited interest for arched eyebrows tinted with mineral powder made of dark colors. In Rome and Greece, people believed in purity when it comes to women’s eyebrows. These were believed to be best left untouched or just slightly tinted when necessary. But when it came to the Middle Ages, beliefs with regards to beauty started to alter. The eyelashes and eyebrows were often removed to expose the forehead. This was their belief of being beautiful.
