![]() Summer isn’t over yet. Late summer 2017 still provides a great opportunity for you to promote and grow your SeneGence business. Wherever you are… on vacation, shopping for back to school or at home, make sure you are prepared to meet some future SeneSisters. Some people may assume that summer is a slow season for SeneGence recruitment (we call it sponsoring), but with the right attitude and perseverance you can make the end of summer your busy season. The more passionate you are, the more you'll find opportunity and people to share it with! Whenever you see potential for someone to be a part of your SeneGence team, it is important to start a conversation. The following are tips on how to be prepare to spark that conversation: 1.) Always wear your products. The products sell themselves whether you’re in the pool or working out. It is important to show off your beautiful skin and lips.
2.) Don’t forget to put stripes of color on your hand, or as I call it, bring your “International Calling Card” along with you. 3.) Have catalogs (Beauty Book) and brochures handy to leave in hotel rooms for the maids, along with some SeneTips, etc. 4.) Carry some Gloss Samples with you to give with your business card (attach the gloss to your card). Most lips are dry and chapped from outdoor sun and fun activities. This means you have the chance to come to the rescue. Don’t forget the men too! They love Lip Balm! Once you prepare with all the steps above you are ready for a “conversation starter” which can be translated to: “Wow, I love your skin!” bringing up their face or makeup can lead to topics about your products. Once your conversation has started, you will find that asking them what they do for a living and what they like most about their jobs often can lead to what they like least about their job. All of which can lead to recruitment. Be sure you have plenty of business cards with your website address and your Facebook information so that they can visit it to learn more, and order product! Be sure you get their information so you can follow up with them once you return to your office. Oh, and the most important thing is to remember to have fun! After all, it is summer!
